Today is a day for warm. My PA is constantly amazed by the fact I don't wear a vest all the way through winter and today is one of the days I agree I might need one. Temperature is important to think about particularly for me because being too hot stresses my POTs (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia syndrome) and I get dizzy and collapse. Too cold and I tense all my muscles and dislocate myself. The answer? Layers. Layers. Easy to remove layers. The skirt that I'm wearing is so awesome I own two colour ways and two more are on their way to me. It's cool enough to be worn on the hottest day of summer touring a hospital (notorious for their blistering warmth), but it's slightly brushed so seems to add warmth in the winter.
