Hello lovely beans, how have you been? Real talk time: I'm not well. My physical and mental health are both very poor and I am finding it very difficult to like myself, and therefore post about myself here. I feel like I have nothing to show, nothing to add to the world. Mental health problems are often ignored, overlooked, and misunderstood so I like to be as honest as I am able about what I'm feeling, after all, we wouldn't be shy about talking about having liver problems or heart disease. I have depression, most of the time it's well managed, but right now I need more help, and need to give myself space to get well. I will be back, but I need to focus on recovery right now.
